About This Program

The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a 12-month career pathway that blends focused classroom / online academic training with paid, hands-on work experience at leading hospitality brands. Designed to close the gap between education and employment, WILP equips young talent with the practical skills, professional certification and industry exposure required to build a lasting career in hospitality — from day one.

India's hospitality and food-service sector is one of the fastest-growing career destinations for young professionals, driven by rising dining-out culture, expanding restaurant chains and a growing demand for guest-service excellence. Yet the industry consistently faces a shortage of trained, job-ready talent — the exact gap WILP is built to close by pairing academic learning with structured, paid, on-the-job exposure.

This program is delivered through a partnership between three organisations: Hatchlab Innovations (Talent Partner), Sister Nivedita University (Academic Partner), and United Foodbrands Limited — home of Barbeque Nation (Industry Partner).
